Birding with a Ranger

Grab your binoculars and let's look at some birds!

Join a ranger for a walk around the park to look for some feathered friends.  Birders of all skill levels and ages are welcome.

Where to meet: We will meet at the Recreation Hall 

What to bring: We do not have loaner binoculars, so please bring your own.  This hike features some uneven and rocky terrain. Dress in layers for the varying weather conditions, and be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Bring at least 2 liters of water and a snack to keep your energy up.

Fees: This program is free with paid entry to the park. Park entrance fees are $ 3 per adult, and free for children 12 & under.
