We are celebrating the first landing on the moon by the Apollo 11 crew on July 20, 1969.
While celebrating the past, we will be discussing the future Artemis mission. The mission will put man (and woman) back on the moon. This event is for everyone. Kids will be able to decorate and take home their own telescope.
Meet at the pavilion and bring water.
Please call the park office to reserve your spot. Program is free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass. Entry if FREE for children 12 years and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
