Reading with the Ranger - Compost Stew

Environmental chefs learn the composting do's and don'ts in starting a composting bin.

Compost Stew by Mary McKenna Siddals.  This program is for anyone that would like to know how to start compost.  After reading, we will be putting together a small compost to get you started at home.

Meet at the gazebo, dress for the weather and bring a drink.

Program is free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass.  Entry is FREE for children 12 years and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
