Fishing with the Ranger

New to fishing? Borrow a pole from the park or bring your own and meet Ranger Heather at the lake for some fishing.

Meet at Lake Sullivan for a laidback morning of fishing.  You do not need a license to fish at the park, and you can keep up to 5 fish per person.

Bring water and sunscreen.  A limited amount of bait will be supplied, and more can be purchased at the park office.

The program is weather dependent.  Check back here or our Facebook page for any changes.

Program is free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass.  Entry is Free for children 12 years and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
