Leave no Trace

Be a steward of the great outdoors, and help protect it for future generations.

The Seven Principles of Leave no Trace will start you on that path.  Learn about the seven principles through activities and games.  We will follow it up with a 1 mile hike.

Meet a the Pavilion and wear clothing appropriate for the weather.

Please call the park office to reserve your spot.  Event is free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass.  Entry if FREE for children 12 years and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
