Moon, Rings, and Starry Things!

Bring the whole family out to Fort Boggy for Observe the Moon Night. We’ll have two telescopes ready for you to see the moon up close — and if the sky is clear, you might even catch a glimpse of Saturn’s rings!

Meet at Lake Sullivan.  Feel free to bring your telescope or binoculars for viewing the night sky with very little light pollution.  Dress appropriately for the weather.

Event is free with a Texas State Parks Pass, Parklands Passport or Daily Entrance.  Daily entrance is $3.00 per person (13 years and older), 12 years and younger is free.
