Star Party

Observe the full moon and learn about the three constellations that form the Spring Triangle.

We will have a couple of telescopes set up to view the full moon. Bring a chair or blanket to comfortably enjoy the night sky. Feel Free to bring binoculars and/or your own telescope.

Meet at: Lake Sullivan near the fishing pier.

What to wear/bring: Dress appropriate for the weather. A flashlight (with a red filter or red cellophane).

Cost/How to Register: Program is free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass . Purchasing your entrance pass online is recommended. Entry is FREE for children 12 years and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
