Embrace the Outdoors and Empower Your Journey

In honor of National Trails Day, our Women’s Intro to Hiking program invites women of all fitness levels to experience the beauty and tranquility of the great outdoors in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to reconnect with nature, this program offers everything you need to get started.

This program is led by a park ranger who will introduce you to essential hiking techniques, safety tips, and fun facts about the natural surroundings. You’ll learn how to tackle a variety of trails, from easy walks to more challenging routes, and gain the confidence to explore on your own!
