Don't bring: White lights, as this will interrupt your night vision. If you do not have a flashlight with a red light setting, you can find free red light apps for your phone or use red cellophane to cover the end of a flashlight.
Optional: folding chairs, binoculars, camera, and star charts.
Fee: $5 for adults 13 years old and up; $0 for Texas State Park Pass holders and children 12 and under. Please purchase your day pass ahead of time at texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com as the visitor center itself will not be open.
