Sunset Fishing on the Boardwalk

Looking to relax and learn to fish? You have come to the right place!

Limited spots available. Registration is required, and you can do it online!

Fishing is easy. Catching is the hard part. Join Park Host Eileen for all the basic skills needed to get to the catching part of fishing. Limited amount of loaner gear is available for use. Bring your own gear if you have it. 

This program has very little shade, so hats and sunglasses are highly recommended. Plan ahead - you could get wet. 

• Bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, weather appropriate clothing, close-toed shoes and bait (squid, mullet, shrimp). 
• Meet: Nature Center, drive to fishing location 
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry is free with a State Parks Pass.
