We're throwing a big birthday party to celebrate 50 incredible years of Galveston Island State Park, and you're invited! It's going to be an afternoon packed with classic birthday fun, all set in the park's original headquarters. Whether you're a longtime park visitor or new to the island, this is the perfect way to mark a half-century of outdoor adventures!

• Birthday Cake: No party is complete without cake! We'll have a special birthday cake to share and celebrate this milestone.
• Party Hats: Get into the birthday spirit with a fun, festive party hat! Everyone will get one as we celebrate together.
• Photo Opportunities: Don’t forget to snap a picture by the giant birthday banner or with the park’s iconic landmarks!
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
