Mastering Fish Filleting: From Sea to Plate

Dive into the art of fish filleting with our hands-on course designed for all skill levels. You’ll learn essential techniques for selecting, cleaning, and filleting a variety of fish. Our expert Park Host EJ will guide you through knife skills, proper filleting methods, and tips for preserving freshness. By the end of the course, you'll be confident in your ability to prepare fish like a pro and ready to impress at your next meal or gathering.

• Bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, weather appropriate clothing, any legal catch you have!  
• Meet: Fishing Cleaning Station, Lake Como Access Point (#1 on the trail map). 
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry is free with a State Parks Pass.
