Take a hike after sunset on the Frio Cayon Trail. The goal is to see some the nocturnal creatures in the park.
This hike is about viewing nature at night so we will stop often. There is no specified distance covered; we will go as far as the tracks and calls take us.
Meet at the visitor center by 8:00 pm.
If you have a red light, or UV light bring it. It will help spotting wildlife.
Bring water and bug spray. Long pants will minimize bug bites.
The Frio Canyon Trail is considered and easy trail. It is not ADA accessible.
