Live Oak Ornaments

Transform a slice from a live oak tree into a one-of-a-kind ornament!

Join us for an afternoon of ornament-making and add memories of Goose Island to your holiday traditions for years to come. All supplies are provided.

The Rec Hall does not have AC/heat, so dress for the weather.

When: 2:30-3:30pm
Where: CCC Recreation Hall
Wear: Clothes you wouldn't mind getting paint on.

FYI:

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the program.
• Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
• Program may be cancelled if no participants are present within 10 minutes of the start time, or in the case of inclement weather.
• Groups larger than eight, please contact Ranger Sara for a private event.
