Want to become the next junior ranger? We'll help!
Does your child love to discover, explore, wonder at, and appreciate State Parks and natural places? Then they have what it takes to become a Junior Ranger!
We’ll provide your kids with all they need to complete our Junior Ranger Activity Journal which will earn them their Junior Ranger Badge Level 1,2, or 3 and get them officially sworn in as a Junior Ranger with Texas State Parks!
Where: CCC Recreation Hall
Bring: Sun protection (hat, sunscreen), hydration, and a positive attitude! We will provide the junior ranger activity book and pencils.
Note: This program is best for kids ages 5-12, but anyone is welcome.
FYI:
- Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
- Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
- Groups larger than eight please contact Sara Rock for a private event.
