Decorate a Star Chart

Make and decorate your very own map of the night sky!

Ever wonder what stars and constellations are in our night sky? Join a ranger to make your very own star chart and equip yourself to discover the wonder of the stars. Use it later that night after the Reserve at Goose Island neighborhood firework show!

Where: CCC Rec Hall
Bring: hydration and your creativity
Note: The Rec Hall does not have AC. Dress for warm temperatures.

FYI:

• Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
• Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
• Groups larger than eight please contact Sara Rock for a private event.

• Program may be cancelled if no participants are present within 10 minutes of the start time, or in the case of inclement weather.
