Celebrate your gal pals while enjoying a cup of native Yaupon Holly tea!
Ladies! Do you love tea and the outdoors? Celebrate Galentine's Day, a global holiday that celebrates women's friendship. Join Ranger Sara for a short hike on Turks Cap Trail, and enjoy a hot cup of native Yaupon Holly tea afterwards. Kids and well-mannered dogs are welcome!
Meet: Youth Group Area (parking at the site is available)
Wear: comfortable walking shoes, bug spray, dress for the weather. We encourage you to wear pink, red, or purple!
Bring: a mug, a camping chair, and drinking water
FYI:
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the program.
- Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
- Program may be cancelled if no participants are present within 10 minutes of the start time, or in the case of inclement weather.
