Learn about the Land and Sea with Goose Island and Choke Canyon State Parks!

Goose Island and Choke Canyon State Parks are partnering to offer Girl Scouts a fun day of programs! Join us to learn about the Land and Sea. Please read the details below carefully. Programs will be offered at both parks. You can choose one park to visit or start at one park in the morning and end at the other in the afternoon!

Date: September 13, 2025

Goose Island Programs:
Bay Exploration at 10am - Picnic Area
Kayaking at 12pm - Kayak Launch
Backyard Bass at 2pm - Picnic Area

Choke Canyon Programs:
Plant Survival Trail at 10am - 75 Acre Lake
Archery at 11am - Gym
Spear Throwing at 1pm - Gym
