Raptor Tales: The Raptor of Enrapture

This Valentine's Day, engage with a tale of the raptor that foretells of lifelong love or a budding new romance! Join Ranger Augie on a guided hike and an interpretive look at the Northern Harrier and the folklore of the only Harrier in North America.

Wear: Attire for the weather (check forecast), sturdy hiking shoes/boots, hiking staff(optional)

Meet: 9:00a.m. @ HCSNA headquarters front porch

Bring: Sunglasses, binoculars, camera, companion(optional)

Cost: $6 for adults 13 and older, free for children 12 and younger, on-site campers, visitors with paid day-use reservation, Annual pass and Military discount pass holders. $3 for Senior Passport card holders.

A short one-mile(ish) hike into the immediate, open fields of HCSNA headquarters, to witness the activities of the Northern Harrier and hear of its folkloric tales relating to romance!
