Learn how drones are used to conduct modern day scientific research of The Llano Uplift as we study the oldest rocks in Texas.

Join Geologist Peter Anderson on a guided tour to the Devi's waterhole, and the surrounding area to explore the Precambrian rocks of the Llano uplift, some of the oldest and most interesting rocks in the state.

During the hike, a drone will be launched, and guests will learn how modern-day technology is helping us understand our ancient landscape.
