If you're camping with us on Dec. 20th please bring holiday decorations to brighten up your campsite!
Come one, come all, to our annual Holiday Festival of Lights. We invite campers to decorate their campsite the weekend before Christmas in the spirit of the holidays. Several park employees and volunteers will act as judges with prizes for the best decorated sites! The top three campsites will receive a TPWD gift card! *Judging will start at 6pm on the evening of December 20th.
* All decorations must be family friendly “appropriate” decorations.
*No amplified noise devices, and decorations must be confined to the boundary of the site.
*Cabins - no nailing or "permanently" affixing decorations to the cabin.
Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day pass early online! Please note: You do NOT need to register or make a reservation for this event, just be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
