Celebrate the New Year with a hike!
Join us for a First Day Hike on Dragonfly Trail, our half-mile nature trail. This trail is perfect for a short stroll through nature.
Meet: At the Equestrian Area. Parking is available there but not restrooms. Restrooms are available at the boat ramp, campground loop, and swim beach.
About the Trail: half-mile (.5) loop, no hills, dirt/grass trail
Please dress for the weather. Binoculars are recommended for any potential wildlife sightings. We will update Facebook in the event of winter weather conditions.
This program is free to attend with paid park entrance ($4 per adult, kids 12 and under are free), or a Texas State Park Pass.
