Bring your Santa Hat or similar festive attire for a hike in the park
Bring your Santa Hat or similar festive attire for a hike in the park! We will start near The Horn Tunnel, make a loop to the campground area, and then take Mesquite Ridge Trail back to the starting point.
Total distance is approximately 1.5 miles. Please note Mesquite Ridge Trail has stone stairs and a downhill slope.
Meet: At The Horn Tunnel. Parking is available there, but not restrooms. Restrooms are located in the campground area.
Weather conditions may be chilly and/or windy, be sure to bring winter attire and water.
This program is free to attend with paid park entrance ($4 per adult, kids 12 and under are free), or a Texas State Park Pass.
