Join a ranger and start your journey to becoming a Junior Ranger with Texas State Parks.

For this program, we will take a short walk around the area and then work on activities in the Texas State Park's Junior Ranger Journal. 

Meet: Birding Area

Bring: Close-toed shoes, sun protection, water, and a writing utensil.

Cost: Free with park admission ($5 for each person 13 and older, free for each person 12 and younger).

Notes:

• This program is best suited for individuals ages 6+.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• If no participants arrive for the program within 15 minutes of the start time, the program will be considered canceled.
