Let's go mothing!

Join a park ranger to see some wonderful moths and other nocturnal insects that live by night. We will talk briefly about moths and nocturnal pollinators at the beginning and then spend most of the hour exploring and identifying the moths that come to our mothing setup.

Meet: The CCC Refectory. We have air conditioning!

Bring: No supplies needed.

Cost: Free with park admission ($5 for each person 13 years and older, free for each person 12 years and younger)

Note:

• Please do not wear insect repellant as it could harm the insects we attract during the program.
• All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• All park programs are subject to changes or cancelations. Call the park at 361-547-2635 for the most up-to-date information.
• If no participants arrive 15 minutes after the start time the program is considered canceled.
