Dutch Oven Pies!

In celebration of Thanksgiving, we will make pies over a campfire! A family-friendly taste of the outdoors!

What to Expect: Gather around fire pits and learn about dutch oven history while being taught how to make campfire pies!

When: 10am - 11:30am

Where: Green Jay Lane Day Use Area
What to Bring: Water, Lawn Chairs

This event is:

• Free with normal park entry fees
• Dog friendly
• Family/Kids friendly

Accessibility: 

The parking area is close to the fire pits being used for the program. The walk to the picnic tables is flat but sloped downward. Grass around the picnic tables may prove challenging for wheelchairs but is not impossible.
