Creatures of the Night Hike (RSVP)

Join a ranger on an after-hours dark hike on one of our trails!

After the sun goes down many of Lake Tawakoni’s natural residents come out! Armed with flashlights and UV flashlights, see if you can spot some spiders, bats, deer, raccoon, or even glow in the dark scorpions! UV flashlights will be provided.

When: July 12th 8:30pm-9:30pm

Difficulty: Easy

Length: .6 miles

Meet: At the trailhead of White Deer Trail

Bring: Bug repellant, water, close toed shoes, flashlight (red light preferred)

Cost: Free with park admission ($5.00 per person 13 and over)
