Lake Tawakoni State Park is known for one of the largest spiderwebs ever recorded! In 2007 a large communal spiderweb covered the trees like a sheet. Join a ranger at the swim beach from 10:30-11:30AM to read “Spiders” by Gail Gibbons and learn some awesome spider facts. We will even build our own spiders to take home!
Bring water and sunscreen, this event is outside!
This program is FREE with park entry ($5 per person aged 13 and older).
