See what may be waiting along our 1 mile trail during the full moon on this self guided walk. Perhaps you will discover pumpkins, spiders and bats, Oh My!
The Towash Forest trail is an easy prairie to walk that will also have solar lights in case the full moon is hiding behind clouds. The added fun will be discovering Halloween lights and nature at night!
A park ranger will greet you at the trailhead and await your return to award a treat for sharing your nighttime adventure with them.
The 8 pm end time is the latest for a walk to be started.
Plan about 30 minutes to complete this moonlit mile.
This event is free with your park entry permit. You may purchase during office hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or reserve online anytime!
