Moonlight Madness Mile Walk

See what may be waiting along our 1 mile trail on this self guided walk. Perhaps you will discover bats, spiders and ghosts, Oh My!

The Towash Forest trail is an easy prairie to walk that will also have lights along the path in case the  moon is hiding behind clouds.  The added fun will be discovering lighted decorations and the sights and sounds of nature at night!

A park ranger will meet you at the trailhead to award a treat for sharing your nighttime adventure with them.

The 8 pm end time is the latest for a walk to be started.

Plan about 30 minutes to complete this moonlit mile.

This event is free with your park entry permit. You may purchase during office hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or reserve online anytime!
