Story Book on the Trail: Because of an Acorn
Take a stroll, enjoy the sunshine, and discover a bright and cheerful summertime story! Join us behind HQ's office as we explore "Because of an Acorn!" a vibrant adventure that celebrates the excitement of an acorn. Families of all ages are invited to walk the trail, read together, and enjoy the beauty of summer.
Come join Lake Whitney State Park on our Storybook on the Trail: Because of an Acorn a book that focus's on family, fun and adventure through nature. The author and illustrator exhibit a warm, colorful artwork that brings the story to life with heartfelt detail and charm.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes (no open toed shoes, there may be burrs/stickers)
- Water to stay cool and hydrated
- Sunscreen, hat & bug spray for protection
- Your curiosity and summer spirit!
When your finished reading the book, return to HQ office to receive you sweet Acorn sticker!
