Golf for Beginners 4

This class is the fourth and final class in our Learn-To-Play Golf series.  This lesson will help golfers learn club selection for shots of varying distances and techniques for chipping a range of distances with a pitching wedge.  Instructors will also address any questions and provide feedback concerning golfers’ developing techniques with driving, chipping, and putting. This class is for folks who have already taken Golf for Beginners 1, 2, and 3 at Lockhart State Park. People interested in attending this class preferably own their own set of clubs; are developing their driving, chipping, and putting skills; and are practicing independently to gain consistency in their golf swing.  If you are not sure you meet these qualifications, please attend our other Golf for Beginners classes before attending this class.  Recommended for ages 10+.

Registration: Class space is limited, so registration is required. Registration is now online only. Prepare: Please be on time to class. Dress for the weather and bring water. Feel free to bring your own clubs, if you have them.

Fees: This class is free with paid entry to the park. Regular park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under.
