Join a park ranger to search for the amphibians that call Lockhart home!

Learn how to identify common amphibians by sight and sound, and embark on a short hike to look for them! No experience needed! Recommended for ages 5+.

Prepare: Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a flashlight. Be prepared to walk about half a mile on easy terrain. 

Meet: At the Park Headquarters building.  

Fees: Regular park entrance fees apply ($3/adult, free for children 12 & under). If our office is closed when you arrive, please use the self-pay station to check in.
