Come to Mission Tejas State Park to listen to live music and see presentations on what life as a 19th century settler in East Texas was like!
The El Camino Real is a centuries old trail system, begun by Native Americans, widened and mapped by Spanish explorers and used by a multitude of people ever since, even up to today!
The entire trail system will be full of celebrations and events and Mission Tejas is joining in the festivities with programs on soapmaking, general pioneer life, live music performances and more.
Where: The front of the park along Highway 21.
When: Oct. 19, 10 AM - 4 PM.
Cost: General Admission is $3/person with kids 12 and under free and fees also waived for carriers of Texas State Park Passes.
