You have to visit after dark to discover the nocturnal life of Mustang Island.

• Meet on day-use beach for a 1 mile guided tour of island nightlife
• Dress for the weather
• Flashlights or headlamps recommended
• Program is free but entrance permit required ($7 adults, 12 and under free)
• Subject to weather cancellation
• The walk mat leading to day-use beach provides some improved accessibility but there is generally some soft sand at the end of the mat.  Beach wheelchairs can be borrowed by providing an I.D. at headquarters.
