CANCELED Slice of Palo Duro Pie

Due to the Wind Warning issued by the National Weather Service, we will be cancelling this event. Learn about the geology that makes up each slice of Palo Duro Canyon in this short hike.

Join our rangers in a short hike along the Triassic and CCC Trails (Approximately 1 mile roundtrip). Participants will get the chance to experience the geology of Palo Duro Canyon up close and personal.

Things You Should Know:
Meet: Triassic Trailhead
Bring: Comfortable walking/hiking shoes or boots
Cost: Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event)
