Wildlife at Night

Beat the heat and join us to learn about wildlife and their crazy night life.

Join our rangers on this night hike to learn more about how our wildlife has adapted to the dark. Participants will join our rangers in hiking along Juniper Riverside (Approximately 1 mile) after a brief overview of our local wildlife and a short activity.

Things You Should Know:

Meet: Dirt Parking lot passed Juniper camping loop
Bring: Comfortable walking/hiking shoes or boots (they will get sandy), 1 liter of water per person per mile, and weather appropriate clothing (jackets, etc.), head lamp/flashlight.
Cost: Included with admission to the park. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event).
