Prehistoric Hunting - The Atlatl

How well can you use prehistoric technology to survive?

Before the bow and arrow was developed, ancient Texans successfully hunted large game such as bison, with a weapon used by many ancient civilizations all over the world. Come learn more about the Atlatl, a weapon used by men, women and children, to hunt and survive!

• Meet at the Equestrian Trailhead to join in. Park in the open field next to the barn.
• Signed Safety Waiver required to participate. (Provided at event)
• Must be 8 years old or older to participate. Adult supervision required for all children 17 years old and younger.
• Normal entrance fees required to enter park, no additional fees to attend this event.
