Yoga and Forest Bathing

Enjoy a peaceful morning connecting with nature.

Join a certified Yoga and Forest Bathing instructor as she leads us through different meditation techniques to help us become more grounded with nature.

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing: practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. It is also known as Shinrin-yoku in Japan. 

When: Nov. 9th: 10 to 12PM

Who: All ages welcome!
Bring: Water, Yoga mat, and yoga accessories
