Veteran's Suicide Awareness Ruck

September is Suicide Prevention Month! Join us in bringing mental health awareness for our Veterans, Service Members, Families, and Friends!

We will have local organizations and resources available. You are encouraged to bring a 17lb ruck to honor the 17 veterans that are lost to suicide each day.

Distance: 1.25 miles

Bring: Ruck sack, water, close-toed shoes, weather appropriate clothing
