First Day Hike with Betty 01/01/2022

This First Day Hike is limited to 15 participants. Registration will be open on Dec. 18, 2021 (9 am) and close on Dec. 30, 2021 (4 pm) (or sooner as slots will fill up fast). Must be preregistered, no walk-ins.

Join Volunteer Betty on a First Day Discovery Canyon Hike at 9:30 am at Headquarters Building to go down into Seminole Canyon. This tour is a 4-hour/5-mile round trip that does not include any archeological sites/pictograph sites stops.

Please call the park to have your name added to the First Day Discovery Hike with Betty. You must specifically mention this tour when registering. Only individual, family members/small friends group sign-ups are allowed. No large group sign-ups allowed.

Items to bring for this hike: sturdy shoes, drinking water, dress in layers (cold mornings with warming up afternoons) and snacks (time does not allow for long breaks).

Park entry fees apply and this Discovery Canyon Hike is a suggested cash-only donation that will go to our Friends of Seminole Canyon.
