Let's Be Pal-igators

Crikey! Scute on over to the park to learn more about the American alligator!

Join us for the chance to see a real alligator skull and scutes! This program will include a chat about these awesome reptiles and how to share this natural space with them safely.

When: Saturday, July 28,10:30-11:30am, Heron Plaza

Where:  Heron Plaza. 

Distance: This is a stationary program that will take place in Heron Plaza.  

Bring: Water. Water fountain located in Heron Plaza near restrooms.

Wear: Lightweight layers, a hat, and comfortable hiking shoes. SPF and bug spray recommended. 

Cost: FREE. Sheldon Lake State Park requires no permits or day-use fees.
