Backyard Bass and Fishing at Buck Lake

Join Park Rangers and Volunteers at Buck Lake to practice your casting skills and learn about different species of fish, followed by "REEL" fishing!

This program will help you practice your casting skills and learn about the different species of fish that make Texas waters special! Immediately after, we will have all the supplies you need to test out your skills and reel in some fish!

Where: Buck Lake

Cost: Free with park admission, and park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day use pass early online! Please note: Be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
