Terrifying Tales!

Sit close to the fire and listen to Texas Ghost Stories! Appropriate for all ages.

Experience the woods as the sun sets at Cooper State Park - Doctors Creek Unit on Halloween night. Listen to a ranger tell ghost stories around a campfire! Stories will be appropriate for all ages, so bring the whole family!

 

When: Halloween Night, Friday, October 31st - 6:30pm

Where: Amphitheatre at the Liberty Grove Camping Area. Parking is available at the Liberty Grove Restroom or in front of the Liberty Grove Playground.

What to bring: Water and warm clothes! Winds may be strong, so an extra jacket or blanket is recommended.

Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
