Interested in converting your property to agricultural use or wildlife management? Join us and learn more about managing your land to meet your goals.

Healthy agricultural lands are important and provide human and wildlife value in many ways. This free workshop will cover a variety of topics that can benefit landowners, native plants and wildlife, as well as domestic livestock. The best way to meet your goals is to understand your options and actively manage your land.

  • Understanding the Wildlife Management Plan Form
  • Identifying Habitat Management Practices for Small Properties
  • Wildlife Tax Valuation and the Houston Toad

This event will be held in Bastrop State Park at Refectory Hall, 100 Park Road 1A, Bastrop, TX  78602. Once you enter the park, continue down Park Road 1A after the main office. The Refectory Hall is straight ahead at the intersection. Parking is located on the North (left) side of the building.
