- GOOD. Water slightly stained; 83 degrees; 4.08 feet above pool. Anticipate increased recreational boater traffic for the Fourth of July holiday weekend. White bass are schooling around the dam and random open water. Anything you can throw at them when fish are surfacing. Crappie should be stacked in brush piles 15-30 feet hitting minnows or the smallest jig you can stand to use. Channel catfish are great on punch bait in 15-25 feet.
