Fishing Regulations for Brushy Creek Lake and Brushy Creek

To combat the spread of invasive zebra mussels, the law requires draining of water from boats and onboard receptacles when leaving or approaching public fresh waters.

Note:

Daily bag limit of 5 fish (all species combined), of which only 1 may be a black bass. No minimum length limits, except black bass, which must be 14 inches or greater length.

Brushy Creek Lake and Brushy Creek downstream from the lake to the Williamson/Milam County line.

Gear restrictions

Fishing is by pole and line only. Anglers may use no more than two poles while fishing.
