- FAIR. Water stained; 80 degrees; 0.68 feet below pool. Bass are biting from first light to the early morning. The night bite is in shallow water with soft plastics. Lady bird lake water temperature is 83 degrees. Bass fishing has been pretty consistent. Topwater early in the morning and dragging grass lines with plastics in the afternoon. Bass have been concentrating around the deeper water near bridges. Overall the lake is fishing well. Report by Carson Conklin, ATX Fishing.
