- GOOD. Water lightly stained; 70 degrees; 46.22’ low. The activity is staying high as temps continue to warm, and there are lots of catches to be had in less than 12 feet. Black bass are good 10 feet and above, looking for rocks, points, and brush. Use topwater early and during the day fish soft plastic worms, crankbait, and smaller spinners. White bass are fair deep on brush and above points on spoons and small crankbait. Catfish are fair on deep points on shrimp, chicken livers, and stinkbait dough balls. Remember to stay on the Texas side of the lake unless you possess a Mexican Fishing License.
