Water murky; 72–76 degrees; 23.01’ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon crankbaits, Rat–L–Traps, and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on slabs and small spinnerbaits up the Rio Grande. Catfish are good on shrimp, nightcrawlers, and cheesebait over baited holes. Yellow catfish are slow. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
