- GOOD. Water stained, 89 degrees. Some redfish are being caught from the bank on live bait and shrimp, or trolling in 15-18 feet of water on gold or silver spoons. Channel catfish are good on weed lines and rock lines on cheese bait and liver. Bass are good around weed lines on plastic worms and jigs. Report by Harry Lamb, Alamo Texas Fishing.
