- EXCELLENT. Water slightly stained; 84 degrees; 10.78 feet below pool. Striped bass and white bass are on ledges and main lake points in 25-35 feet of water with live shad or trolling downriggers. Watch windblown points for topwater action from schooling fish. Catfish are good on main lake points and creek channels in 18-25 feet of water using shad or punch bait. Largemouth bass can be caught off main lake points or ledges, and shallow rock piles in 8-12 feet of water. Topwater bite over scattered brush in 5-12 feet of water. Live bait has been hit and miss and same with the trolling pattern nothing has been very consistent day to day.
