GREAT. Water lightly stained; 56 degrees; 17.53 feet below pool. Winter fishing patterns are holding steady. Crappie are good on brush piles in 25 feet of water using chartreuse jigs. Catfish are good in 35 feet of water using punch bait. Report by Jess Rotherham, Texas Crappie Fishing Service. In the warm weather the birds are working over fish all over the lake early and late. White bass and striped bass are good vertically jigging in 20-55 feet of water. Stripers are fair trolling, and white bass are starting to bite trolling crankbaits.
